Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room with a focus on multispeciality services.

- Assist in the initial assessment and triage of patients, ensuring timely and effective care.

- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

- Offer emergency support and perform life-saving procedures as needed.

- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation of patient observations, treatments, and progress.

- Administer medications and treatments according to hospital protocols and physician instructions.

- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in condition.

- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and discharge instructions.

- Ensure adherence to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Participate in ongoing training and career development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
