Key Responsibilities

- Provide specialized pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative nursing care to CTVS patients.

- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythm, hemodynamic parameters and neurological status.

- Care for patients with ventilators, arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes/drains and pacing wires as applicable.

- Administer medications, IV fluids, antibiotics, anticoagulants, analgesics and inotropes according to doctor's orders and hospital protocols.

- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during CTVS procedures when posted in OT.

- Maintain strict aseptic technique and infection-control practices.

- Monitor for complications such as bleeding, arrhythmias, hypotension, respiratory distress and cardiac tamponade and report promptly.

- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, observation charts and patient records.





- Prepare patients for surgery and provide post-operative recovery care.

- Coordinate with CTVS surgeons, anesthetists, intensivists, physiotherapists and other multidisciplinary teams.

- Educate patients and relatives regarding surgery, medications, wound care, rehabilitation and discharge instructions.

- Ensure availability and proper handling of emergency equipment and supplies.

- Follow hospital policies regarding patient safety, biomedical waste, infection control and emergency response.

- Participate in night/rotational shifts, emergency duties and on-call responsibilities as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
