We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Site Engineer – Civil with 10–12 years of relevant experience in building construction, with proven experience in end-to-end project execution from project commencement to completion and handover.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in villa, high-rise, residential, commercial, and multi-storey building projects, with strong expertise in civil construction, structural works, finishing works, site coordination, quality control, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise end-to-end civil construction activities, from site commencement to project completion and handover.
- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Supervise excavation, foundation, RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and external works.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor activities to ensure smooth site execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of activities as per project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and approved construction standards.
- Identify and resolve technical, construction, and site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure quality and safety compliance throughout the project.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed as per scope, drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.




- Maintain proper site records, measurements, material requirements, and work progress documentation.
- Coordinate testing, inspections, snag rectification, and final project completion and handover activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction.
- Strong end-to-end construction experience, from project start/mobilization through completion and handover.
- Proven experience in villa, high-rise, residential, commercial, and multi-storey building projects.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and external development works.
- Valuable knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, BOQ, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Experience in subcontractor management, manpower planning, material planning, and site coordination.
- Good understanding of QA/QC, HSE requirements, construction standards, and site safety practices.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring, reporting, and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should have a strong hands-on approach to site execution and the ability to independently manage civil construction activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with continuous and relevant experience in building construction projects, covering civil works from initial site activities through structural construction, finishing, snagging, completion, and final handover, will be preferred.
