SALES EXECUTIVE –

Position: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Present and promote company projects/products to prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Build strong and professional customer relationships.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred, preferably in real estate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with solid customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
