SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – PREFAB STRUCTURES

Position: Senior Sales Executive

Industry: Prefabricated Structures / PEB / Modular Construction

Location: Ghaziabad(Indirapuram) / Noida

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities for Prefab Structures, PEB Buildings, Modular Structures and Portable Buildings.
- Generate leads through direct sales, corporate networking, consultants, contractors, architects and institutional clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, healthcare, education, hospitality and residential sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to quotation, negotiation and order closure.
- Understand client requirements, coordinate with technical/design teams and prepare suitable commercial proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, EPC contractors and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports and provide regular market feedback.
- Identify upcoming projects and participate in tenders, RFQs, RFPs and project enquiries.

Candidate Profile





- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Prefab Structures, PEB, Construction, Modular Buildings, Steel Structures or related industries.
- Solid business development and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of project-based sales and construction industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Travelling Allowance + Incentives

Salary will be commensurate with experience and market capability.
