Role & responsibilities

- Identify and understand customer requirements through client visits, discussions and RFQs.

- Prepare technical proposals, techno-commercial offers and project costing.

- Develop and submit accurate, first-time-right proposals within 2 working days.

- Prepare BOQ, estimation and equipment-wise costing.

- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to obtain technical details, quotations and timely inputs.

- Build and maintain a reliable supplier/vendor database for faster proposal preparation and costing.

- Evaluate vendor quotations and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchase and Project teams.

- Study customer specifications, drawings, tender documents and scope requirements.

- Handle multiple proposals while maintaining accuracy, quality and submission timelines.





- Support technical clarifications and proposal-related discussions with customers.

Preferred candidate profile

- 35 years of relevant experience in Proposal Engineering, Estimation, Costing, Tendering or Technical Sales Support.

- Experience in EPC, industrial equipment, engineering or manufacturing projects preferred.

- Exposure to Air Pollution Control / Dust Collection / Industrial Ventilation will be an advantage.

- Robust MS Excel and costing skills.

- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation and vendor quotations.

- Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work within tight deadlines.

- Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
