Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 1012 years of experience in IT/software project, product, or delivery management. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in end-to-end project delivery, product management, client handling, technical understanding, and cross-functional team leadership.

Experience working with international clients and exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, Automation, SaaS, FinTech, or other emerging technologies will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant Project

Management or Agile certifications will be an advantage.

Time to join

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1520 days will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects and products.

- Define and track project roadmaps, milestones, releases, timelines, resources, and risks.

- Manage client communication, requirements, expectations, escalations, and project reviews.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Business teams.

- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.

- Manage project scope, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and quality.

- Participate in technical discussions and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

- Drive product enhancements, feature prioritization, release planning, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring accountability and delivery excellence.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of SDLC,



Agile/Scrum, software development, testing, deployment, and production environments.

- Technical exposure to React.js, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, MERN Stack, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Automation, RPA, Chatbots, AI Agents, SaaS, or other emerging technologies is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of project estimation, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.

- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong client-handling skills with the ability to independently manage high-value clients, complex projects, escalations, and strategic discussions.

- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on product success, customer satisfaction, business value, and long-term client relationships.

- Willingness to work on-site from Mohali.
