Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations & Supply Chain to manage end-to-end operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory, production coordination and dispatch for a signage and graphics manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a manufacturing environment and be capable of managing multiple functions and teams to ensure smooth operations, optimum inventory and timely delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and supply chain activities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Production, Quality, Dispatch and Logistics teams.
- Plan and ensure timely availability of raw materials and production inputs.
- Manage supplier/vendor relationships, performance and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, lead times and commercial terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Control excess, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate production planning based on customer orders and project timelines.
- Monitor production progress and resolve material or operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished products.
- Track order status, material availability and delivery commitments.
- Develop and monitor MIS for procurement, inventory, production, dispatch and supply chain.
- Drive process improvements to reduce wastage, delays and operational costs.




- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, procurement lead time and production efficiency.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the Operations, Stores, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

Experience handling materials such as ACP, acrylic, PVC, foam board, vinyl, flex, LED/electrical components, aluminium/MS/SS fabrication materials and related signage hardware will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Operations / Supply Chain / Manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience in a manufacturing setup.
- Good knowledge of procurement, inventory management, stores, production planning and logistics.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple orders/projects and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Education Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
