Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handling Banking & Finance related matters.
- Dealing with banks for fund Raising.
- Preparing documents & data submission to banks.
- Co-ordinating for Execution of Loan docs, letters, etc.
- Liaisoning with bankers, advocates & valuers.
- Focusing on reducing bank charges and other cost.
- Following up with bankers on excess charges, reversal, etc.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records & filing of docs.
- Insurance monitoring.
- Ensuring compliances i.e. RBI, Banks, etc.
- Compliance of periodic reporting and covenant monitoring.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record in managing cash flows, working capital optimization, and treasury operations effectively.
