nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a Sr. Engineer – SS Fabrication with solid experience in Stainless Steel Static Equipment fabrication. The role will be responsible for managing fabrication activities, shop throughput, manpower, quality and timely delivery of equipment.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage Stainless Steel Static Equipment fabrication shop and daily production activities.
n
- Handle fabrication of Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other Static Equipment.
n
- Manage Circumferential Seam setup, welding, nozzle fabrication and integration.
n
- Coordinate NDT, Quality and Inspection activities.
n
- Ensure proper distortion control and fabrication as per specifications and QAP.
n
- Ensure equipment fabrication and delivery as per project schedules.
n
- Manage manpower, contractors and workmen at the fabrication shop.
n
- Monitor shop KPIs,



throughput and documentation.
n
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, NDT and other internal teams.
n
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and customer requirements.
n

nKey Requirements

n

n
- 8+ years of overall experience in Stainless Steel Static Equipment Fabrication.
n
- Strong experience in Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger / Static Equipment fabrication.
n
- Hands-on experience in SS welding, nozzle fabrication and integration.
n
- Good knowledge of NDT and distortion control.
n
- Working knowledge of ASME, API, EN, TEMA and ASTM standards.
n
- Experience with Stainless Steel / exotic material fabrication will be preferred.
n
- Experience in manpower and contractor handling.
n
- Experience in fabrication shop management and production planning.
n
- SAP / ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
