Qualifications

Essential: Candidate Should have Degree / Diploma in Engineering from reputed institute.

Desired: Degree/Diploma/ Certification Course in Auto Cad

Experience

Essential: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in designing and reviewing sketches and drawings for projects in collaboration with project managers and contractors.

Desirable: Experience in designing with Auto Cad and related tools

Job Profile

Conceptual Designs

- Understanding & collecting information for various activities within process.
- Developing/ preparing Schemes & process flow diagram from the process inputs.
- Listing out process equipment's and understanding their basic principle.
- Discussing & concluding the process requirements within stake holders.

Location Assessment

- Site assessment for layouts in existing plants or any green field location.
- Carpet lay outing considering man & material movements

CAD Modelling

- Preparing drawing for equipment marking as per process flow
- Developing Equipment Positioning layouts.
- Modifying building floor elevation as per equipment placements.
- Preparing 2D drawing for Equipment Plans & Elevations
- Discussing grid plans floor heights as required for process
- Developing Equipment's mounting & structure drawings.
- Preparing Layout for Basic Areas as per Process & non process requirements.
- Extracting List of Plant & Machineries, Structure BOQ for costing.





Briefing & Discussions

- Briefing Vendors for nature of jobs to be performed.
- Preparing & Discussing Equipment & Structure Erection schedules.
- Discussing Final Drawings with team including vendor for any error & providing best solutions at site.

Coordination

- Site inspection of preparedness for ongoing activities markings.
- At Site Marking Machines & Material movements,
- At site ensuring any foul of machine with others at principal place of Equipment.

Annotations

- At Site Marking Floor Cutouts, the wall breaking structure coordinates physically to avoid any error due to misunderstandings.
- At Site resolving Errors and providing best solution at any phase of setup related to Equipment, Structures & utilities.
- At Site Providing support to other branches i.e cable route, Panel positioning, HVAC

Inspection

- Final Measurements, assessments, and defining unexpected jobs arise during different activities.
- Preparing Equipment Fabrication Drawings
- Equipment Inspection
