Good Command on MS Office (Word & Excel)

Residing within the vicinity of 10 to 15 Km Radius or Ready to Relocate.

Good knowledge of welding processes and manufacturing operations. Experience in automotive manufacturing and fabrication.

Ability to transform raw metal sheets into precise automotive components. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Robust shop-floor management and team handling skills.

- Independently handle manpower across all welding lines.
- Monitor hourly production output and achieve production targets.
- Maintain continuous production flow and ensure startup check sheets are completed by operators.
- Ensure proper utilization of the resources of 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method), adherence to standards/process to enhance productivity.
- Line balancing and improve the productivity by core tools.
- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and adherence to 4M principles.
- Control rework and rejection levels and ensure clearance by the end of each shift.
- Ensure production of quality products as per customer and QA standards.
- Maintain process parameter check sheets and production-related documentation (MIS).




- Ensure customer requirement, Customer inhouse PPM in norms.
- Implement and sustain 5S activities on the shop floor and promote Kaizen initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of Poka-Yoke systems on all welding lines.
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities to optimize costs.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work towards reducing manufacturing waste from raw material to finished product.
- Conduct multi-skilling and training programs for operators on process and product requirements.
- To co-ordination with subordinate departments to resolving the issues.
- Guide CFT (cross function team) members to achieve the targets and applying the QC methodology of problem solving.
- Troubleshooting the problems on daily basis and guiding CFT team to resolve the issue permanently.
- To educating the under the subordinate team regarding productivity, quality, delivery, cost and moral.
- To conducting enhancement training on technical management skill.
