Job Summary

Designs and delivers scalable software solutions, applying strong engineering practices and technical judgment. Plans and executes defined projects with minimal guidance while collaborating across functions.

- Plan and deliver defined software projects, including schedules, dependencies, and coordination with development and support teams.
- Design, architect, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Develop clean, maintainable code and drive solutions to complex technical and performance issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, users, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and architecture.
- Evaluate technical concepts and design alternatives with consideration for business objectives, cost, and product needs.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Monitor relevant technologies and apply them where they improve product quality and competitiveness.

Requirements

- Solid software engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Web APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, and relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure or AWS; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React is desirable.
- Experience with implementing data pipelines using databricks, data storage options like Minio, seaweed etc
- Strong understanding of database design and development, including SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration skills.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and cost considerations.
- Medical-device software experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 6 - 9 years of relevant experience.
