JOB OPENING – SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER – ACCOUNTS

Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Professional with strong hands-on experience in accounting operations within a manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, reconciliations, and supporting the management in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain General Ledger, Journal Entries, Purchase & Sales Accounts.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related activities.
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial records.
- Support audit activities and provide required financial information.




- Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance

Experience

- 8–12 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of Focus Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing accounts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Salary

₹27,000/- to ₹32,000/- per month

Salary will be based on experience, skills and suitability for the position.
