Sprinklr Integration Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Sprinklr Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in Sprinklr platform implementation, integration, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should have expertise in integrating Sprinklr with enterprise applications, CRM platforms, contact center solutions, and social media channels to deliver seamless customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Sprinklr Platform solutions.
- Design and develop integrations between Sprinklr and enterprise applications.
- Integrate Sprinklr with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and other third-party platforms.
- Configure workflows, automation, case management, and reporting within Sprinklr.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration, application, and performance issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and enhancements of Sprinklr solutions.




- Create technical documentation, process flows, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, and availability.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr Platform.
- Strong experience in Sprinklr Integrations.
- Knowledge of API integrations, REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience integrating with CRM, Contact Center, or Customer Experience platforms.
- Understanding of social media engagement and customer service workflows.
- Experience with JSON, XML, and data mapping.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sprinklr Care, Social, Marketing, or Insights modules.
- Exposure to Contact Center platforms such as Genesys, NICE CXone, or Cisco.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
- Certification in Sprinklr is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification.
