Neurodevelopment & Behaviour Wellness Centre (Dr Vamika Child Development & Behaviour Therapy Centre) is a specialized facility dedicated to evidence-based interventions for children with developmental and emotional challenges. The centre provides structured, ethical, and goal-oriented therapy with a focus on behavior therapy, autism intervention support, parent training, and emotional and social skill development. Individualized, child-focused programs are designed using scientifically validated approaches, including principles derived from Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), while maintaining high professional and ethical standards. Led by a behavior therapy professional with a strong background in counselling psychology and behavioural interventions, the centre emphasizes measurable progress, realistic goals, and clear communication with families. Located in Hyderabad, it promotes therapy as a team-oriented process among therapist, child, and family.

Role Description The Speech Therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with speech, language, and communication difficulties in an on-site setting in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured evaluations, designing individualized speech and language therapy plans, and delivering one-on-one and small-group sessions aligned with the centre’s evidence-based, behaviour-focused approach.





The role involves close collaboration with parents and the multidisciplinary team, regular documentation of progress, and adjustment of therapy goals based on measurable outcomes.

The Speech

Therapist will also contribute to parent guidance, participate in case discussions, and maintain ethical and professional standards in all clinical interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including evaluation and treatment planning.
- Candidates should possess clinical competence in managing Dysphagia and related feeding/swallowing concerns.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Registration or licensure with appropriate professional bodies (where applicable) and adherence to ethical clinical practice standards.
- Experience working with children with developmental, autism spectrum, and behavioral challenges in a therapeutic or clinical setting is highly beneficial.
- Strong documentation skills, ability to set measurable goals, and capability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication skills, patience, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to child-centered, evidence-based care.
