Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day spare parts operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching parts.

- Identify spare parts based on part numbers, vehicle/equipment models, catalogues, or technical specifications.

- Coordinate with customers, service technicians, suppliers, and internal departments regarding parts requirements.

- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase/reorder requests based on demand.

- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, availability, delivery schedules, and pending orders.

- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and damages.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and protected handling of spare parts.

- Track fast-moving, slow-moving, obsolete, and critical spare parts.

- Follow up on backorders and ensure timely availability of required parts.

- Update inventory and sales information in ERP/software systems.

- Support warranty, return, and replacement processes for defective parts.





- Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and stock transactions.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely availability of parts for repair and maintenance jobs.

- Prepare periodic reports on inventory, purchases, sales, pending orders, and stock movement.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of spare parts identification and inventory management.

- Basic understanding of automotive/machinery components is preferred.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Automobile, Mechanical, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in spare parts, automotive, machinery, dealership, service, or inventory operations preferred.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
