Patient Calling Representative (Spanish)

Location: Phase 8B, Mohali, Punjab

Openings: 2-3 Years

Salary: ₹38,000-₹40,000 per month

Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate based on experience and English and Spanish language proficiency.

Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday half day

Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

We are hiring a Patient Calling Representative (Spanish) for a U.S.-based healthcare project.

Requirements

- Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of experience in International BPO, Customer Service, Collections, Healthcare BPO or related voice-based roles.
- Robust verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable handling patient calls, queries and follow-ups.
- Experience working with international or U.S.-based customers/patients is preferred.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR can apply if they are willing to relocate to Mohali.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient calls for a U.S.-based healthcare project.




- Communicate with patients in English and Spanish.
- Handle patient queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Provide professional and customer-focused service.
- Coordinate with the team for timely resolution of patient queries.

Preferred Experience Experience in International BPO, Healthcare BPO, Customer Service, Patient Support, Collections, Voice Process, International Voice or Bilingual/Multilingual Customer Support will be preferred.
