Sourcing Manager – Real Estate
Location: Dhansar / Upper Kharghar
Experience: 0–2 years
Responsibilities
- Generate and source leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Contact potential customers through calls, referrals, and field activities.
- Explain project details and coordinate site visits.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the Closing Manager.
- Maintain daily lead and customer records.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Must have a personal bike/two-wheeler.
- Must be comfortable with local travel and field work.
- Target-oriented and energetic.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
