About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Solution Sales Specialist to drive our Microsoft and enterprise technology portfolio. You'll own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — selling Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft 365, Azure, Modern Workplace, and Security solutions to enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Drive sales of Microsoft Licensing, M365, Office 365, Azure, Modern Workplace, and Security solutions
- Understand client IT environments and recommend the right licensing models and cloud solutions
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and solution demos
- Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads,



HR, L&D;, and Procurement stakeholders
- Identify renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
- Maintain CRM hygiene, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams on customer-centric solutions

What We're Looking For

- Experience in enterprise B2B sales and solution selling
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Licensing, CSP, Microsoft 365/Office 365, and Azure
- Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle and hitting revenue targets
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders (CXO/CIO level)
- CRM discipline, proposal writing, and commercial negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field
- MBA and Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, AI-900) are a plus
