Role Overview :

We are looking for a Solution and Delivery Lead to lead the technical solution design and delivery of enterprise learning solutions.

The role will focus on translating enterprise requirements into well-structured solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, and managing the delivery of technology-led solutions.

The position will also involve close stakeholder management throughout the solution design and delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Solution Design :

- Lead the solution design for enterprise learning solutions.
- Translate requirements into structured and scalable solution designs.
- Evaluate solution requirements from a technical and enterprise architecture perspective.
- Develop solution approaches aligned with enterprise-level requirements.
- Ensure technical solution design remains aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Drive solution design discussions and ensure clarity across technical requirements.

Enterprise Architecture :

- Work closely with enterprise architecture considerations while designing learning solutions.
- Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture requirements.
- Evaluate the architectural alignment of solution designs.
- Maintain consistency between solution design and enterprise architecture.
- Contribute to architecture-focused discussions related to enterprise learning solutions.

Technical Delivery Management :





- Lead delivery management for enterprise learning solutions from solution design through execution.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with the approved solution design and enterprise architecture.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to support effective solution delivery.
- Track delivery progress and ensure alignment with defined solution requirements.
- Identify and address delivery-related requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management :

- Manage stakeholders across the solution design and delivery lifecycle.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into appropriate solution considerations.
- Facilitate discussions between stakeholders involved in solution design and delivery.
- Maintain alignment between stakeholder expectations, solution design and delivery requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong experience in solution design for enterprise learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and its application to solution design.

- Ability to work across technical solution design, enterprise architecture and delivery management.
- Candidates from Tier 1 business schools are preferred.
