Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits, inspections and measurements.
- Supervise site preparation, excavation and foundation works.
- Execute foundation and cable conduit installation activities.
- Handle solar system installation and electrical connections.
- Carry out testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of solar systems.
- Coordinate with workmen, subcontractors and other project teams.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and project progress.
- Ensure proper installation as per project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Maintain material records, measurements, site reports and handover documentation.




- Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements at the site.

Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or a relevant qualification.
- Hands-on experience in Electrical/Solar Site Execution.
- Experience in Solar System Installation, Electrical Connections, Testing and Commissioning is preferred.
