About the RolenSamvadSocial Technologies is looking for a Software Test Engineer / Quality Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software applications through manual and automation testing.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
n
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
n
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Playwright .
n
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira .
n
- Perform API testing and validate application responses.
n
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
n
- Conduct regression testing for bug fixes and new releases.
n
- Maintain test documentation and testing reports.
n
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to QA process improvements.
n
Required Skillsnn
- Hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing .
n
- Strong knowledge of Python .
n
- Practical experience with Playwright automation.
n
- Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
n
- Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
n
- Knowledge of API testing / Postman is preferred.
n
- Basic understanding of Git/version control .
n
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum .
n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
