We are looking for a customer-focused Software Support Consultant to provide support and assistance to Wings ERP users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer support calls and resolve software-related queries.
- Understand business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with software configuration and usage.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for issue resolution.
- Conduct customer training and product demonstrations when required.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- ERP/software support experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of business processes.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
