We are seeking an exceptionally capable and energetic Technical Trainer from India to anchor our Diploma in Software Development and Engineering, where you will directly shape the next generation of African tech talent.

based on experience (1–3 years of teaching, training, or industry

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver hands-on lectures: Teach core engineering principles, backend structures (Java, PHP), and advanced

AI/ML ecosystems (Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow)



through 100% practical, project-based sessions.
- Mentor capstone projects: Guide students step-by-step in building production-grade software applications and

clean, well-documented GitHub portfolios.
- Curriculum innovation: Continuously refresh learning modules to align with rapid-moving industry trends,

leveraging your ability to learn and teach new technology rapidly.
- Shape industry professionals: Evaluate students through direct code reviews, hackathons, and mock

interviews, preparing them explicitly for competitive international careers. Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Core programming: Solid coding and architectural foundations in Java and PHP.
- AI/ML expertise: Practical project experience in data preprocessing, supervised/unsupervised learning models,

and modern GenAI/LLM tools.
- Experience: 1–3 years of teaching, bootcamp training, or peer mentorship. Passionate industry freshers with

strong portfolios are welcome.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
