About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, highly autonomous AI Software Engineer to join us on a part-time basis. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier—using modern AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate your output while taking ownership of our entire tech stack.

You will build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter), responsive web frontends, and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS), while also integrating powerful AI capabilities directly into our products. This role is perfect for a senior-level builder seeking a flexible, high-impact opportunity alongside other commitments.

What You Will Do:

- AI Integration & Development: Integrate third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, vector databases) and LLM capabilities into our user-facing products to create intelligent features.
- High-Velocity Execution: Heavily utilize AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate boilerplate generation, complex refactoring, and test writing, maximizing the impact of your part-time hours.
- End-to-End Ownership: Architect, build, and deploy production-ready mobile apps using Flutter and web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Cloud Architecture: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure backend APIs (Node.js/Python) and infrastructure on AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3).
- Technical Strategy: Make high-level architectural decisions, define API contracts,



manage state effectively across mobile and web, and establish clean CI/CD pipelines.

Who You Are:

- Experienced Builder: You have 3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience and have successfully shipped production-grade full-stack platforms and Flutter apps.
- AI-Empowered: You actively use tools like Cursor or Copilot in your daily workflow. You know how to prompt effectively to solve complex architectural challenges, debug rapidly, and ship faster than traditional developers.
- AWS Proficient: You are highly comfortable designing cloud-native backends and understand the tradeoffs of different AWS architectures (serverless vs. containers).
- Self-Directed: As a part-time team member, you excel at asynchronous communication and can take a feature from a product spec to deployment with minimal hand-holding.
