Role Overview

Join as a Software Engineer to build ultra‑low‑latency, high‑performance systems that power quantitative research and live trading. You’ll work on distributed infrastructure, optimize performance at the hardware level, and collaborate with researchers to turn models into production‑grade software.

Responsibilities

Design and build high‑performance, low‑latency systems in modern C++.

Develop distributed systems that process massive volumes of market data.

Ensure latency, throughput and reliability directly impact trading performance.

Work on Linux systems, networking, concurrency and multithreaded applications.

Profile systems, identify bottlenecks and optimize performance at hardware and software levels.

Build robust infrastructure supporting quantitative research and live trading.

Debug complex production systems where correctness and reliability are critical.

Design internal platforms and developer tools that accelerate research and engineering productivity.





Explore AI‑powered developer tools and intelligent automation to improve engineering workflows.

Collaborate with quantitative researchers to turn ideas and models into reliable production systems.

Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews and code reviews.

Take ownership of systems from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proficiency in modern C++.

Robust experience with Linux systems.

Solid understanding of networking concepts.

Expertise in concurrency and multithreaded programming.

Skills in performance profiling and optimization (hardware and software level).

Experience building distributed systems that handle massive market data volumes.

Knowledge of low‑latency, high‑throughput system design.

Ability to debug complex production systems and ensure correctness.

Experience creating developer tools and AI‑powered automation.

Ability to collaborate effectively with quantitative researchers.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
