Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer Java for a full-time, in office chance based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Java development, software engineering, backend development, application development, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud technologies, automation, and modern software-development practices.

The Software Engineer Java will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based applications, backend services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, automation solutions, and digital systems.

The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, messaging systems, testing tools, and modern Java software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java development, software engineering, software development, backend development, application development, API development, web development, enterprise software, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Software Engineer Java, Java Software Engineer,



Java Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Java Backend Engineer, Java Backend Developer, Spring Boot Developer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Application Developer, Junior Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, multithreading, concurrency, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, queries, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, API testing, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions,



or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, encryption, or application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to application performance optimization, JVM fundamentals, memory management, database tuning, scalability, reliability, logging, monitoring, or observability will be advantageous.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Java-based software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an in office environment.
- Internship, academic project, Java project, Spring Boot project, backend project, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Java-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn current Java frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, development tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
