We are creating an AI-native platform that helps engineering teams execute the software delivery lifecycle with speed, quality, and control — from planning and implementation to testing, release, governance, and production feedback.

We're looking for a Software Engineer I – Frontend who is passionate about building intuitive, high-quality web experiences and wants to work at the intersection of frontend engineering, AI, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
- Develop reusable UI components and maintain clean, scalable frontend architecture.
- Translate product and design requirements into polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Build intuitive experiences for complex developer and engineering workflows.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, real-time services, and AI-powered capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, AI, and Platform Engineering teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following frontend best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, technical discussions, and performance optimisation.
- Contribute to design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Continuously learn and explore modern frontend and AI technologies.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong understanding of modern web development and frontend fundamentals.
- Experience building and shipping production web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance.




- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality user experiences.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Interest in AI, developer tools, and modern software engineering.

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js.
- Experience with Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility fundamentals.
- Familiarity with state management such as Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.
- Understanding of Git, GitHub, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks is a plus.
- Understanding of browser performance, debugging, and web security.
- Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and component libraries is desirable.
- Exposure to WebSockets or real-time applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered interfaces, AI agents, or developer tools is a plus.
