Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills Required

● Strong English Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English with clear pronunciation, appropriate grammar, and effective vocabulary.

● Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly, confidently, and effectively to both individuals and groups.

● Training & Facilitation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging, structured, and activity-based communication training sessions.

● Public Speaking: Strong ability to demonstrate and train students in public speaking, presentations, and group discussions.

● Student Handling: Ability to manage students with different learning levels, identify individual needs, and provide appropriate support.

● Feedback & Coaching: Ability to observe student performance, provide constructive feedback, and suggest practical improvement strategies.

● Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with students and maintain a positive, supportive,



and motivating learning environment.

● Activity & Session Design: Ability to design and execute interactive activities that improve students' communication and language skills.

● Content Presentation: Ability to prepare and present educational content, including short videos or other learning materials, for student improvement.

● Adaptability: Ability to adjust training approaches based on student needs, batch requirements, and changing program priorities.

● Ownership & Initiative: Willingness to take responsibility for student improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to improve training quality.

● Digital & Documentation Skills: Basic proficiency in using digital tools, learning platforms, and documentation systems for session management and student tracking.

● Time Management: Ability to effectively manage training sessions, student support, documentation, and assigned responsibilities within deadlines.

● Professionalism: Strong work ethic, punctuality, accountability, and qualified conduct.
