We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Strategist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, content creation, copywriting, digital marketing, and audience engagement.

This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about social media trends, enjoys creating engaging content, and wants to build a career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Plan and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Write engaging and creative social media captions, posts, blogs, promotional content, and marketing copy.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to create high-quality social media content.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and audience preferences.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports using relevant metrics.
- Increase audience engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand visibility.
- Manage comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features, and digital marketing trends.




- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new content and marketing opportunities.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with marketing teams when required.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.

- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and projects.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, scheduling tools, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Eligibility

- 0–1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content writing, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge, internships, certifications, or a strong social media portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in social media, content, branding, and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
