Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage PaisaOne’s social media presence across key platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication. This full-time on-site role, based in Hyderabad, involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing content, and monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications

- 1-2 yrs of Social Media Marketing & Content Planning experience to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop targeted, platform-specific content




- Ability to speak in front of a camera to deliver brand messaging and top of the funnel content
- Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics)
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a solid sense of visual and copy consistency.
- Prior experience in a B2C brand or Fintech marketing is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
