About the Role

Xcite Media Entertainment is looking for a social-media-savvy pop culture enthusiast to join us as Pop Culture Social Media Executive Intern. This role is ideal for individuals who are active on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat & YouTube and want hands-on experience creating content, writing captions, and growing a digital media brand's social presence using AI tools.

Responsibilities

As a Pop Culture Social Media Executive Intern, you will be responsible for writing engaging captions and creating short-form videos/reels using AI tools. You will plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories across our social platforms, track engagement metrics, and stay updated on trending pop culture topics and formats. You will also assist with community management replying to comments and DMs and work closely with the content writing team to repurpose blog content into social-friendly formats.

Qualifications

No formal qualifications or prior experience are needed. What matters most is genuine familiarity with pop culture, social media trends, and platform behavior.



Comfort with basic AI tools for video editing and caption generation is a plus we're happy to teach the rest if you're a quick learner.

What You Will Get

This is a paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹2,000. Interns will get real-world experience creating and managing social media content for a growing digital media brand, including hands-on use of AI content tools, and the prospect to build a portfolio around content strategy and creation. Interns who successfully complete the internship will receive an official internship certificate.

You will also gain exposure to how a media brand plans, executes, and measures its social media presence.
