Bees & Baubles is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to help manage and grow our Instagram presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating Reels and visual content, and wants hands-on experience working with a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Instagram activities for Bees & Baubles

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, posts, carousels and Stories

- Research trending content, sounds, formats and hashtags

- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand

- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar

- Shoot and edit basic photo and video content using a smartphone

- Edit Reels using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar platforms

- Write engaging captions and social media copy

- Schedule and publish content consistently

- Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement

- Track Instagram insights and prepare basic performance reports

- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities

- Assist with influencer collaborations,



product shoots and other marketing activities

What We're Looking For:

- Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends

- Creative mindset and positive visual sense

- Good communication and writing skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing

- Ability to independently come up with content ideas

- Willingness to learn and experiment with new formats

- Previous social media/content creation experience is a plus

- Students or freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
