We’re looking for a Social Media All-Rounder ?

Someone whose screen time is probably a little concerning, but at least something good comes out of it.

Basically, we want you to turn your doomscrolling into ideas.

If you’re constantly noticing what brands are doing, which reel format is suddenly everywhere, what’s working on LinkedIn this week, what people are talking about and how brands are jumping into conversations, you’re probably the kind of person we’re looking for.

Here’s what we want you to be positive at:→ Turn scrolling into ideas

You should be able to spot a trend, format, conversation or random internet moment and immediately think, “Wait, we can do something with this for our brand.”

→ Know Instagram beyond just posting

Reels, stories, trends, comments, collabs, creators, formats, hooks. You should understand what’s working and actually know how to use it.

→ Understand LinkedIn too

What kind of founder posts are working? What formats are picking up? What are brands doing differently there? We want someone who can help us build pages and people on LinkedIn, not just Instagram.

→ Make brands feel ACTIVE online

Posting is only one part of social media. Replying to comments, jumping into conversations, commenting on other pages, finding community moments and giving the brand an actual personality matters too.





Think about the brands you keep seeing in comment sections even when it’s not their post. That energy.

→ Come up with campaigns people actually notice

We want ideas with a reason behind them. Something people might share, talk about, participate in or remember.

→ Have actual work to show us

Pick ONE campaign/project you're genuinely proud of. Tell us what you did and what happened after it went live. Views, reach, followers, engagement, leads, sales, shares, whatever the right metric was. We care about the outcome.

→ Know how to use AI without outsourcing your brain to it

We use AI too. A lot. We want someone who can take their own thinking and make it 10x better with AI.

About the hiring If you’re shortlisted, there’ll be a 1-hour live creative round with us.

We’ll pull up some of your past work, talk about what you actually did, give you real social media situations and throw a few briefs/problems at you.

We want to see how you think, react, create and build ideas in real time.
