Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with at least 1 year of relevant experience to manage and grow the Instagram and Facebook presence of multiple client brands.

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, organised and comfortable managing social media independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram & Facebook accounts, including posting, scheduling, comments and DMs.
- Conduct competitor, audience and trend research.
- Create monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Plan Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories and campaigns.
- Develop content ideas, hooks,



captions and CTAs.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports.
- Optimise content strategies based on performance insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats and platform updates.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, content strategy and SMO.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/graphic design and short-form video editing.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines independently.
- Creative, proactive and data-driven mindset.
- Prior experience working with multiple brands or in a marketing agency is a plus.
