We don't need someone who simply uploads posts.

We need someone who can CREATE → GROW → ENGAGE → CONVERT.

YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for building and growing the digital presence of Vishwaroopam Gurukulam across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Content Creation

- Shoot high-quality videos and reels at our Gurukulam
- Capture yoga, wellness sessions, Sound Bath, events, workshops and Acharya Ji's content
- Create engaging short-form videos and reels
- Identify viral/trending content opportunities

Video Editing

- Edit Reels, Shorts and promotional videos
- Add hooks, captions, subtitles, music and engaging transitions
- Create content that keeps viewers watching

Social Media Management

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Write captions, hooks and CTAs
- Post consistently across platforms
- Manage comments, engagement and community interaction

Growth & Marketing

- Develop strategies to increase followers, reach and engagement
- Understand Instagram/YouTube algorithms and current trends
- Run and optimize social media campaigns




- Track analytics and continuously improve content performance

LEAD GENERATION Most importantly, your work should help generate REAL BUSINESS.

You should understand how to convert:

Views → Engagement → Enquiries → Leads → Customers For our:

Is comfortable working from our Gurukulam and capturing real-time content

Has a robust sense of aesthetics and presentation

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Only knows how to schedule posts
- Simply copies content from other pages
- Waits for someone else to provide every idea
- Doesn't know how to shoot or edit
- Thinks social media means only posting photos
- Is not interested in analytics, growth or lead generation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
