Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media & AI Intern who will help manage and grow Design Space’s Instagram, Company LinkedIn and Founder’s LinkedIn .

You won’t just be responsible for posting content. You’ll be involved in deciding what we should post, why we should post it, how we can make it better and how we can grow our audience.

You’ll also explore and implement AI tools to improve content ideation, research, creation and social media workflows.

This is a paid 2–3 month internship , with the possibility of continuing with Design Space based on your performance, contribution and ability to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Design Space’s Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
- Assist in managing and growing the Founder’s LinkedIn profile.
- Research and suggest what content we should create and publish .
- Develop content ideas, hooks, captions and post concepts.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Execute and publish content across Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Research current trends, formats and topics relevant to our industry.
- Track content performance, engagement and audience growth.
- Suggest strategies and experiments to improve our social media presence.
- Research and implement relevant AI tools for content creation, research, ideation and workflow improvement.
- Take ownership of content ideas from concept → creation → publishing → performance analysis .




- Continuously bring new ideas instead of waiting for instructions.

Key Requirements

- Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn .
- Strong interest in social media, content and digital marketing.
- Basic to good understanding of AI tools and Generative AI .
- Ability to research trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of what makes content engaging.
- Willingness to experiment, learn and try new tools.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Previous experience with social media, content creation, marketing or AI projects is a plus.
