Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely updates. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, coordinating with internal teams for campaign requirements, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and optimizing posts for reach and impact.

The Social Media

Manager will respond to comments and messages, support community building efforts, and stay current with platform trends and best practices. The role also involves analyzing results,



preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to content and social media strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage platforms and improve visibility.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan campaigns, align posts with business objectives, and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting to track performance and inform decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design or basic visual content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role and a relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media) are preferred.
