Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing Shridhar Group’s presence across social media platforms. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating content that highlights projects and community initiatives, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach.

Manager will monitor and analyze performance metrics, manage social media calendars,



and respond to comments and messages to support brand awareness and customer engagement. This role collaborates with marketing, sales, and project teams to align messaging with business goals and ensure consistent brand representation across all digital channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop social media plans, manage content calendars, and align posts with marketing objectives.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms, basic analytics tools, and current digital trends in real estate or related sectors.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
