Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager and SEO Management role based in Lucknow. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement for Goldtron’s medical and aesthetic technology solutions.

The Social Media

Manager will create and manage content calendars, develop posts and campaigns, optimize social media performance (SMO), and coordinate with internal teams for product and campaign information. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and responding to audience interactions, tracking analytics,



and refining strategies based on performance data. The role also includes managing basic SEO-related activities, such as keyword research for content, optimizing posts and website pages for search visibility, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Content Strategy and Writing skills to develop effective, audience-focused campaigns and posts.
- Strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and professional interaction with clients and followers.
- Foundational SEO knowledge, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze social media and web performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or aesthetic/dermatology services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in an on-site environment.
