Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Vrindavan.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions and posts, coordinating visual assets, and optimizing content for reach and performance. The role involves monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages, tracking analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance insights.

Manager will collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand goals and seasonal collections.

Qualifications

- Strong social media marketing skills with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.

- Effective communication and writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.

- Ability to develop and implement content strategy tailored to target audiences and business objectives.

- Experience with social media optimization (SMO), including basic analytics, performance tracking, and platform best practices.

- Familiarity with fashion or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is beneficial.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

- Comfort working on-site in Vrindavan and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
