Role Description The Social Media Manager role at ESHOPNIX is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The person in this role will plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social media strategies, scheduling and publishing posts, optimizing channels for reach and performance, and monitoring analytics to refine campaigns.

Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing goals, respond to audience interactions, and stay updated on platform trends and best practices.



This role requires consistent coordination with clients and team members to ensure that social media initiatives support business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills and be able to manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with teams and engage with online communities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan and produce relevant, brand-aligned social media content.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve reach, engagement, and performance of social media channels.
- Relevant experience in managing brand social media accounts, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn tools, third-party schedulers).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Jaipur.
