We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager – Mobile Apps & Influencer Marketing

Anju Siima Technologies Private Limited is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of the social media presence and promotion of our mobile apps and digital products.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning content, creating engaging posts and short-form videos, managing multiple social media platforms, building an active community, coordinating influencer collaborations, and continuously improving brand visibility, engagement, and app awareness.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, videos, stories, posts, carousels, and promotional creatives.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and promotional content.
- Promote app features, new releases, updates, festivals, events, and relevant trending content.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Respond professionally to comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Build and engage an active social media community.
- Identify suitable influencers and content creators for app promotions.
- Contact influencers, discuss collaborations, coordinate deliverables, and follow up on campaigns.
- Research competitors, trending content, hashtags, formats, audio, and new social media opportunities.
- Track reach, views, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on analytics.




- Work closely with the app/product team to understand new features and upcoming releases.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual quality.
- Continuously experiment with new content strategies to increase organic reach, app awareness, and downloads.

Required Skills

- Previous experience managing social media accounts for a company, brand, product, or agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and short-form video content.
- Valuable content writing and communication skills.
- Graphic design and video editing capabilities.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar software.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to identify trends and quickly turn them into relevant content.
- Good organizational and content-planning skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and campaigns.

Preferred Skills Experience with mobile apps, technology products, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or app promotion is preferred.

Knowledge of English, Hindi and other Indian regional languages will be an added advantage.
