About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can manage social media accounts from content planning to execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable not only managing social media but also creating content, shooting photos/videos, doing basic editing and designing basic graphics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars, content ideas and social media strategies.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels and short-form videos.
- Handle photo shoots and video shoots for brands, products, people and events.
- Create creative content using smartphones/cameras and basic shooting equipment.
- Perform basic video editing using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar.
- Create basic graphics and social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts and other social media copy.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, reels formats, sounds and content styles.
- Coordinate and execute content shoots according to the brand's requirements.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement,



reach and content performance and suggest improvements.
- Work on multiple client accounts and adapt content according to different industries and audiences.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation / Digital Marketing.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Basic video editing skills are a must.
- Basic graphic designing skills are a must.
- Good photo and video shooting skills.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, composition and visual storytelling.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing people during shoots is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar tools will be preferred.
