WRIKSH is looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator based in or around Arambol, Goa who can help us document stories, people, places and experiences happening on the ground.

WRIKSH is a cultural experience platform built around a simple idea: Participation in Culture. We connect people with artists, craftspeople, practitioners, local knowledge and meaningful experiences — encouraging people to move from simply consuming culture to experiencing and learning it.

What you'll do

- Be actively present on-ground in Arambol and nearby areas
- Shoot engaging Reels, photos, stories and short-form content
- Discover interesting local artists, practitioners, spaces and experiences
- Cover WRIKSH workshops, experiences and community activities
- Interview people and capture authentic stories
- Edit short-form videos/Reels for Instagram
- Manage regular posting, Stories and basic community engagement
- Work with us on content ideas and turn what is happening on the ground into stories people want to follow

We're looking for someone who

- Is based in Arambol or nearby in North Goa
- Is comfortable going out, meeting new people and starting conversations




- Has a good eye for visual storytelling
- Can shoot good content using a phone/camera
- Knows Instagram, Reels and current content formats
- Can do basic video editing
- Understands that positive content doesn't always need to look overly polished — it needs to feel real
- Is curious about Goa, people, art, culture, nature and local experiences

You don't need to be an expert in traditional culture. Curiosity, initiative and the ability to tell a good story matter more.

What makes this role different

This isn't a desk-based social media job.

One day you might be documenting an artist at work, another day discovering an interesting place in Goa, talking to a practitioner, covering a workshop, or capturing a spontaneous story happening in the community.

We want someone who can become WRIKSH's eyes and ears on the ground in Goa.
