The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own organic social end-to-end across all Company accounts — not just posting, but writing the scripts, running community management, and building relationships with influencers. This role needs a genuinely robust writer, not just someone comfortable with a content calendar.

What You'll Do

- Own the organic content calendar, posting, and community management across all accounts

- Write scripts for reels/short-form video

- Work directly with the Content/Video Editor on scripting and cut direction

- Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and briefing

- Maintain a content buffer scheduled ahead, not day-of

Must-Haves

- 2-3 years running social media professionally, ideally agency-side across multiple accounts

- Strong written language skills is a must





- Comfortable initiating and negotiating with influencers/creators

- Based in or willing to relocate to Porvorim, Goa — full-time, in-office

Nice-to-Haves

- Prior influencer/creator partnership experience

- Familiarity with Metricool or similar scheduling tools

- Basic video editing skills (helpful, not required)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
