We are looking for a female candidate based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. It's a work from home prospect. You should have your own working laptop and smartphone and be able to commit to this four-month, work-from-home internship.

The stipend is ₹5,000 per month, paid in weekly instalments. We are looking for a long term candidate (optional), where we will be increasing your stipend every 4 months. You need to be able to dedicate 4-5 hours daily (flexible timings according to your college/other work).

Please do not apply if these terms are not acceptable to you. You will work directly with the founder on social media and e-commerce tasks for our company and clients. We value someone who is sincere, approachable, attentive and willing to learn.

You do not need to know how to do everything already. We will provide tutorials and guidance through Google Meet sessions or recorded screen shares.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities May Include

- Help plan, create, schedule and manage content across different social media platforms.
- Research audiences, competitors and content ideas, and suggest ways to improve engagement and grow relevant audiences.
- Write captions, blog content and emails,



and assist with basic SEO tasks.
- Help manage daily DMs, comments and other routine account activity.
- Collect and organise data, track basic results and support client research.
- Assist with e-commerce tasks for our existing and new brands.
- Keep the founder updated on progress, ask questions when needed and follow through on assigned work.

Note: Social media management has many parts, so the work will not be limited to posting. We are looking for someone open to learning different skills and taking care with both small daily tasks and larger projects.
