Role Description This Social Media Intern role is an internship position based in Delhi with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.

Day-to-day tasks include supporting campaign execution, drafting posts and captions, sourcing or creating basic visual assets, and scheduling content using social media tools. The intern will help monitor social channels, track engagement metrics,



respond to comments or messages under guidance, and support optimization of content based on performance insights. Additional responsibilities may include basic market and competitor research, collaborating with the marketing team on digital initiatives, and contributing ideas to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and general Marketing principles.
- Clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to tone and audience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Delhi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and content formats; basic design or editing skills (e.g., Canva, simple video editing) are a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from feedback while contributing creative ideas to campaigns.
