Responsibilities

- Plan, brainstorm, and manage the LinkedIn and Instagram monthly content calendar
- Design eye-catching carousels, single-image posts, stories, and reels/short videos
- Write engaging, platform-native copy and captions with targeted hashtags




- Actively engage with the community by replying to comments, DMs, and relevant industry discussions
- Track weekly impressions, follower growth, engagement rates, and key metrics
- Keep up with current social media trends, algorithm shifts, and visual formats

Requirements

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies and Instagram algorithms
- Proficiency with design and editing tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or CapCut
- Excellent written communication, storytelling, and copy editing skills
- Keen eye for aesthetic layouts, typography, and branding consistency
- Self-motivated and capable of managing deadlines independently
- Active personal LinkedIn or Instagram portfolio is a major plus
